Respect for your philosophical, moral or religious beliefs is a priority for us. At your request you will be able to receive a visit from a minister of religion or secular counsellor. To do so, please fill in the form you will receive at the time of admission and submit it to us in a sealed envelope. If your beliefs change, please feel free to discuss this at your care unit secretariat. You can change your mind at any time and inform us of this. * You will find hereunder the names and telephone numbers of persons who are at your disposal at the hospital. You can also request a visit from another representative of your religion or another secular counsellor. In this case, please let us have his or her name, address and telephone number, if you have it.
