Unable to attend? Cancel your appointment in time to avoid charges!
Appointments that are neither attended nor cancelled are a major cause of delays in our hospitals. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Any appointment that is missed and not cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee:
- €30 for a consultation
- €100 for an MRI scan, X-ray or CT scan
- €200 for a procedure
There are several ways to cancel an appointment:
- Through the MyHUB app, if you originally booked your appointment via the app
- Using the cancellation forms available on our website
- Or by calling 02 555 55 55 and following the menu options until you reach the relevant department.
