To change or cancel an appointment:

If you are unable to attend we ask you to let us know at least 24 hours in advance: 

  • Via the online form
  • Please note that any appointment in connection with surgery (operating theatre or endoscopy under GA) (for example, anaesthetic consultation) must be cancelled through the pre-admission unit on +32 2 555 85 85

Failure to do so will result in a fixed charge of 25 euros.
