Scleroderma is a rare autoimmune disease that causes hardening of the skin and can sometimes affect internal organs. It mainly affects adults and is more common in women.
On June 29, an information and awareness stand will be organized together with the Scleroderma Patients Association of Belgium and specialists from the H.U.B, to help raise awareness of this still little-known disease. The teams present will be available to answer questions, share reliable resources, encourage discussion, and direct people to specialist care if needed.
